No aloha, I felt cheated. It was just over power steering fluid - they put in the wrong kind (according to a mechanic and Napa) and would not remedy the situation without putting me through the ringer ("sit down, you're going to be here a while") . Peter was rude. This place used to be ok, I don't know what happened...change of ownership?
Manager needs some better customer service. Great staff... what a shame. No Aloha :(
Ran in to see if they had matches since I forgot my wallet. The cashier said they had none but she payed for a lighter out of her own pocket! I was so surprised I forgot to look at her name tag. Thanks again if you're reading this!

I did pay, 20. For competent advise, actually 3 mechanic looked and agreed.
Ok just a flat tyre but the service was fast and competent and more importantly friendly and courteous. When you are a tourist getting even such small things taken care of in such a manner can make for a good day.
