After another Urgent Care basically turned us away, this friendly place got us right in, made a quick diagnosis, gave us a second opinion, and sent us home with an Rx to take care of my husband. They were fast and friendly and a huge contrast to the unfriendly, unhelpful place we tried first. Thank you!!
It doesn't get much better than this place. Incredibly clean, amazing and friendly receptionists and nurses. Dr. Onishi is outstanding at her job, super kind and always makes you feel at ease. Happy to have Wailea Medical Center as my established doctor's office. Their urgent care is outstanding as well. Recently went in due to food allergy troubles on a Saturday, and they accommodated me right away and made me feel less panicked and had me feeling better in no time. Again, the doctor on staff, the nurses, and the woman at the front desk were incredibly caring, and made me feel at ease during this scary time. I can't say enough good things about this doctor's office!

Evidently they don't understand the entire meaning of "urgent" and shouldn't be included in that capacity in a Google search, they have no distinguishable signage indicating where they're located. We wondered around the parking lot for 15 minutes trying to find the office, got put on hold even after I declined their request to hold. My wife was in such agony I decided to go to a real ER.
