Worst service I’ve ever gotten I don’t usually write reviews on businesses no matter how negative the experience but this time I thought it was necessary. I had ordered 2 large pizzas gave my phone number name, unit number and all the information they needed excluding the building letter which (I didn’t realize the buildings had different letters) they said it would be an hour wait which is fair enough I am ordering at a busy hour so accepted and waited I ordered this pizza at 12:30 and it is currently 2:24 and still have not received the pizza I called back and they said the driver had tried to deliver the pizza but could not find the unit and said the manager would call me back which she did and not only was she rude right from the start but she was trying to say it was my fault or that it was the call centres fault they could have easily called me on the number given instead of me waiting 2 hours for food not knowing where it is the manager of this location said that I didn’t give them the right phone number? How is that possible when she was able to call me on that number... overall I’m not saying it’s anyones fault but I am most unimpressed with the attitude of this manager. I used to work in the food industry for 10 years and I know that managers are supposed to diffuse the situation and customer is always right I just wanted to know how much longer the pizza would be and she made a calm situation a challenging one. Don’t recommend ordering from this Pizza Hut.
I ordered pizza for Construction workers at 11:00 AM pizza didn’t show up till 1:30pm after nine phone calls they were supposed to be there between 12:00 and 12:15pm. I will never recommend them or go to another Pizza Hut.
Ordered medium cheese lovers and small sausage pizza. Thick crust. Took 10 minutes to place order as it sounded like the girl taking the order was in grade school. Simple order. Told my wife we are not getting 2 pizzas. 20 min later picked up food. Wife ran in to pick up. Get back to hotel. Open up food. Got a personal pan sausage pizza and an order of garlic cheese bread. No cheese lovers pizza as ordered.
Put in an order and waited an hour and a half until calling back for an update. Person on the phone lied and said the delivery guy came and called me twice. I was waiting outside the resort the whole time and received no calls. Save yourself some time and not order from here!
DON'T ORDER FROM HERE! Ordered online and after my phone was acting up I called. I was told that no order came through so I placed my order and gave him my address he added that it would be 2 or more hours for delivery so I said that it was ok. NO DELIVERY!
5 SECONDS LATER I get an email that my order was getting ready. On specifics I added that we were staying at the GW yet they showed up to the wrong place. Lady on the phone had a very thick accent and I could understand her. She sent the driver to the wrong place and ended up having to walk a long way. Got my food, and it's disgusting!! Cold and looks very old. Wings are not good and have no seasoning. Besides the food being bad. The service IS TERRABLE and in organized. THE ONLY BAD thing about MAUI.
