I can not begin to express the customer care I have received here! I have a disability that hits me at times when I least expect it! I was not able to walk to put my lock on, Cher and Frank assisted me by taking it up and putting it on and told me they would help in anyway they could should I ever need them. This is truly Hawaii’s Finest in Action!

I spoke with her over the phone, the day before I needed to move my things and fell in love. I was happy to have met Anna in person and to thank her for the exceptional customer service the next day. This is very first time I've used public storage and am so appreciative of Anna's help. It's because of Anna that I can feel safe knowing that my personal belongings are in good care. Went in last week and rented from Cher and Anna. I was asked to write a review for them so here it is. My bf and I were actually going in for pricing but there was a deal with first month being free and they got me to rent! We got a brand new unit that they said was built only A month ago. Place is clean and looks like its protected so we get to have piece of mind leaving our things here. Extra Space is lucky to have two awesome workers!!!!! Thank you Anna and Cher!!
