I cancelled my order and am letting Google know that this "business" appears to be a scam.
Worst customer service experience ever. My dog required a prescription and this place seemed to be the least expensive so I placed my order. Three weeks later there is nothing. I called three times (one time the mailbox was full) and when you call you get put to voicemail. I emailed twice, and no response.
This does not even warrant a 1 star. HORRIBLE experience still going on since August. Gave them $144, and I have received nothing. Numerous phone calls and emails. Absolutely no response. DO NOT TRUST
Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered medicines back in June. They were quick to take full payment and process it, even though the meds did not ship. I finally got 1/2 of my order two months later (after several calls and followup). Now about 4 months later, still no fulfillment of my order. I have left messages, spoken to folks a couple of times, and get the same sad story of not enough from supplier, blah blah, should get more this week. They are barely responsive and obviously a sham. Avoid and use someone else. Worst company experience I have ever encountered. Wish I could rate lower than 1 star.
Worst experience ever. Stay away. These guys took my money and never sent the prescription I ordered. Read all the other reviews. Someone should file a lawsuit against these guys. When you get all upset and want to talk to customer service, they just don't pick up the phone. And they won't return emails. These guys should be taken to court and run out of business.
So apparently this place is out of business. You can't even get on their website anymore. I ordered from this website because of the outstanding reviews August 21st, it is now Sept 18th and like everyone else recent reviews I was ripped off. They even sent me a tracking number and it never was shipped. E-mailed, called etc. Retired and on a fixed income and now my poor little dog is suffering without meds because I can't afford to order from somewhere else until my next SS check. I know a lot of people are out a lot of money, however my heart goes out to the poor animals that are suffering because of this company. A company called National Animal Hospital a place that is suppose to help animals.. I will copy and paste on every site that has this name on it. At least the website is no longer there so no one else will fall victim to this horrible scam.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS.
