Dr. Dressler is amazing with the patients that come in for his help. My little terrier gets so excited when we come to his office that she pees and poops on the reception room floor...all the better to give Dr. D. specimen samples. And I appreciate the senior citizen discount.
And the attitudes of the people, they are not nice, no aloha spirit just wants your money!
I can't express enough how much I appreciate the care and personalized attention recieved while bringing my kitties over from the mainland. Judson "J" was always available whenever I needed some good advice, knowledge or a simple calming pep talk throughout the whole crazy process. My kitties arrived safe and sound and I couldn't be happier ! All due to South Shore's and J's support. Mahalo...you are truly Ohana!
When they first took my dog they just grabbed her like a rag doll! Which was confusing cause vets are suppose to be nice not mean!
My dog came out of there traumatized and we had to go back for a follow up and they tried to charge me more then what I was going back there for!! It's crazy!
This group is fantastic. They are thorough in their treatments while always maintaining always pleasant appearance. I have always been greeted with a smile and a very warm greeting, as were my pets. They are very good about working with you on cost and do everything possible to help you stay within your budget. This is very important to seniors who are on a fixed income. I highly recommend them.
Dr. Dressler is very knowledgeable and has helped my pets get over each ailment I have taken them in for. Also, they are always looking to please their customers and are offering some amazing prices and services. Love going into a clinic where I know everyone and the Dr. treats his clients and staff like ohana. I'm so lucky that they are conveniently located near my home. If you have pets and live in Kihei or near by, please check them out.
