Great store really enjoy the customer service
Selection’s good, people are friendly. However, if you can’t put the prices on your vehicles, that tells me their too expensive or the pressure will be turned on when you’re forced to ask how much.
Worst service. Please get a second opion. They have quoted me 3-4 times the actual service cost on many occasions. First red flag $2,000 for tires found them at Walmart for $69 each. They quadruple the price of parts. Originally quoted me $50 for a hubcap and then charged me $67. Said a part to install would be $140 for one hour labor. It took my mechanic 5 minutes. Please be very careful.
Honest dealership
I recommend getting as secondopinion if your in the market for a newer vehicle. A new gmc truck with identical specs as what they were offerng came in at 2300.00 less at Jim Falks.
