After trading in my moped, (which was a lemon), I stupidly traded it in for a car on their lot. I feel like a dumbass, because the car I have is breaking down, two weeks after I bought it. They need to have more ethics in car sales. I trusted Terry! He told me I would be fine.
Have you heard the horror stories about the crooked snake in the grass car dealer. Well I'm here to tell you that slime is a fairy tale compared to this schister. My good friend put a nearly new van on his lot under the agreement South Maui Motors(Terry) price the car pay off Ford and sell it off of his lot. Well word is he sold it to some poor SAP who will have a civil case when Ford repos his car even if he's making his payments because Terry Martinez or South Maui Motors don't own the car Ford does and Terry never paid one dime to ford. This case is very fresh and will no doubt end up in litigation. Sad part is used car dealers are a regulated industry in Hawaii. And the Department of commerce will be doing a full fledged investigation of that crooked outfit. Sad part for me is I am the one that mentioned the place to my buddy since there are so few in South Maui. I will be back to update every way this slippery turd try's to beat the system and his customers before this ends. With any luck they will come after his bond and shut his doors before he fleeces anyone else. SOUTH MAUI MOTORS HOME OF THE RAW DEAL!!!!
