I had the pleasure of visiting this particular location when I was vacationing in Maui last week. This was a very nice and upscale jewelry store that carried lots of high end watches. The very first thing that gotten my attention was just how nice and friendly the staffs were. I want to give a special thanks to Barbara, Kathy, Tom and Sun for their un-divided attention and excellent customer service. The staff were very professional and extremely knowledgeble on the watches that they carried. I found the perfect watch that I have been looking for the last 5 years... the unicorn of all watches... that's right... THE SS Rolex Daytona!
I often shop here for gifts for my wife and it seems I always find something she likes. Cheryl is very helpful and attentive.
Walking by admiring Rolex watches as we have done from Europe to Asia but never seemed to find the 'right atmosphere' for making a purchase. As we walked in to Baron and Leeds - The Shops at Wailea we were greeted by a staff that truly welcomed us. My husband had his eye on a Rolex he had spotted at The Old Course Shop in St. Andrews Scotland - Stephanie placed it on his wrist and nothing was said. No pressure - just let him enjoy the experience and talk. Then he said well if I get one then she must too - so Stephanie Trued a few Rolex on me until we decided on the right fit and look. Since we had had dinner and wine we told her we would be back - didn't want to make an important purchase without a clear head! Early next morning we walked over from our Resort met Stephanie - they greeted us with a flute of champagne and sized each of our Rolex for us. We are elated. What a great staff they have here - friendly, helpful and oh so nice to make these two purchases a memorable experience for us.
We were returning customers as we bought my wife a watch from this store a few years back. We stopped by one evening on vacation and looked at a watch for myself. We decided not to buy anything as they didn’t have the watch I wanted. A few days latter we got a text from the salesperson saying they had the watch. She said to stop by and look at it but she wasn’t sure if she could sell it to us until she talked to the owner as he may have “saved it for a friend”. She continued to text us pictures of the watch asking us to come by and lead us to beleive it was available. We finally asked her to call the owner to see if it was indeed available. She said she couldn’t call until we came into the store. We thought that was odd. We finally told her we would stop by later in the day. When my wife walked in the door she immediately said the watch wasn’t available and that the owner was holding it for one of his friends (apparently we didn’t need to be in the store for her to make the call) but asked if we wanted to look at the other models. My wife was very disappointed and felt jerked around. A complete waste of time and she felt it was just a way to get us back into the store. Needless to say there are other dealers out there and we won’t be coming back or refering anyone to this company.
I have been to over 25 Rolex affiliated stores from East to West coast, and have never seen a brand new one sitting in the show room. I must say, that most of the times when I ask about this watch, the sales person would give me this subtle smirk... as if they are above the buyer. THAT is the difference between all the other high end watch stores and Baron & Leeds! Their staff treated me with respect and care thru out the entire process. They even gave me an extra night to think about my purchase because the watch carried a hefty tag. There were no sales pressure from the staff at all. I just want to say that I have never even been inside of a Baron & Leeds nor know any of the sales staff prior to my trip last week. I can go as far as to say that they are THE best sales team I have encountered during my 5 years of search. If you are in a market for a new watch of any kind, you can't go wrong by stoping by this store or any other branches in the US. I am certain that you will find the shopping experience to be nothing less of excellence, even if you don't buy from them.

They have done everything to make me feel comfortable and secure about my purchase, for that I am grateful... I look foward to the day on my return trip and hopefully encounter the same staff on that beautiful island.
