Bought a palm tree pendant a couple of years back when we were in Maui. wife loved it. After a couple of years one of the mother of pearl inlays fell out. we took it to Nahoku in Las Vegas assuming this would be a defect in material and workmanship. They sent the piece back to Hawaii and notified me it would be 12-14 weeks and that I had to pay $40. The problem was obviously a defect as other jewelers in Las Vegas had stated. Very disapointed that $40 means more to Nahoku than the goodwill of standing behind their product. Will not be back but looking forward to Hawaii next year. UPDATE... received an email from this company today saying that they are waiving the $40 charge. think maybe I will have a change of heart here. everybody makes mistakes and the jewelry is beautiful...
