The place was sort of clean, like it had been a couple years since the last through cleaning.
I would not stay in that particular unit, or any units that have the AC draining into a pan on the balcony, other than that the staff were great, the place was free of bugs, and the bed was good.
We loved staying here. The office staff were awesome. The room was clean and had more than enough accessories to make is feel at home. Water pressure was a little weak in the shower but nothing to prevent a great stay.
Electrical outlets were so old and loose that nothing I plugged in stayed plugged in, requiring some tape so I could charge my phone!
Lovely, family friendly, units just across the street from a beautiful beach that has a lifeguard. Be sure to book a unit in the c building as the d building is in the back of the complex quite a bit farther from the street.
We enjoyed our stay here. The condo had what we needed for a pleasant stay. Not a high end condo but it did the trick and was across the street from the beach.
This condo was perfect for our 8 night stay. Would definitely stay in the same room again.
Cons: The one window shaker AC unit took a long time to cool off the room, plus the water drain from the unit hit a drain pan that needed to be emptied about every 4-6 hours. Otherwise the balcony would flood and drain onto the units below you. Because of that you couldn't leave the AC on during the day if you were not there, resulting in another long cool down time. This was so irritating I actually bought a cheap pump to empty the drain pan every couple hours.
We needed to travel to Maui very suddenly so I didn't do my usual research. We rented a studio. Pros: The unit had an ocean view that was awesome, the bed was very comfortable, and the unit had everything it was supposed to.
