Fresh fish. And awesome variety. We had the 3 types of fish different ways. 1 was grilled 1 was with some kind of wasabe amd ginger sauce and 1 was fried. On a bed of rice.

I've been on Maui for a week and I've had lunch almost every day here because of the price and high quality of the food they serve. The couple that owns it are incredibly nice and offer a variety of fish and plates, all within a very reasonable price range. Would recommend stopping by for a quick bite!
A friend recommended Wayne's Sushi to Dan several years ago when they were located in Haiku. We had never experienced a better sushi experience in our lives! It was a Maui culinary delight. Our favorite was Salmon and Delilah. Wayne and his wife were both wicked funny and the sushi was amazing! BYOB and celebrate Maui!
Best sushi I've ever tasted. Very sweet and friendly owners, with a sweet set up serving "fresh off the boat" with shade cover and plenty of seating. I will always come back here!
