Food is meh. Service is meh as well. Only reason why they are doing well is because they are close to the Makena Big Beach and everyone is too lazy to walk to the better options (aka Jazzy's food truck)
This place is a joke. Just stopped at the food truck, south of Maluaka Bay on our way to La Perouse Bay...and ordered two "shrimp" tacos. This is the problem with monopolies...they take advantage of their customers because the can. There was literally two pieces of shrimp in my taco...not the normal sized shrimp, the little tiny bay shrimp. I complained, and apparently, I'm not the only one. This is a systematic rip off. The owner portions out the meat beforehand, in tiny cups so the girls working can't even offer you more. My wife's "chicken" taco had, I swear to God, a tablespoon of chicken in about a pound of cabbage. These are cabbage tacos masquerading as meat tacos. It's comical. If you are starving, ask/beg for more meat.
There are 2 Jawz Taco Trucks near Big Beach! Excellent Pulled Pork Tacos, with a creamy salsa! 3 tacos were $10.25. They were just a little salty, otherwise the service was friendly and quick!
Loved the smoothie. The woman who took our order was very friendly. I had the fish taco, but was not very impressed. But that is just me, the food was fresh. If you see a line expect to wait for a while to get your order.
Tacos were okay, little pricey even for Maui. Went on New Years Eve, lady was not nice, she was yelling at someone on the phone while a huge line was forming outside.
