The food is delicious but the prices are higher that most of the other restaurants around the hotels. The menu is also rather small. Examples - appetizer of 2 crab cakes $18 and the crab cakes are a little larger than a walnut. For my husband and myself to have 1 appetizer 2 drinks (1 each) and 2 entrees it was $180 with tip!
Exceptional food for a hefty price. If you want food you'll appreciate taste-wise, come here. If you are coming with a family expect to pay more than a bill. The wait here is moderately irritating. I give this five stars because I have not had food this enjoyable for a good time. Order the ribs, the rub makes them slightly hot but also very juicy.
While not as top into some of the restaurants in Wailea Tommy Bahama's restaurant really hit the mark for all of us. The coconut shrimp was excellent. The veggie tacos were exceptional. We especially loved the mushrooms in those tacos. Service was great though slightly slow at times. There was live music right in front of us. we will definitely be back.
Nice setting and service with ample portions and good wine selection, but the food just wasn't as good as it has been. Maybe an off night for the kitchen, so will keep 4 stars for benefit of doubt, but really a 3 star meal.
Awesome restaurant! The mai tai is the best on Maui! We went for lunch and loved how they use locally sourced as much as they can. The daily specials were great!
