Very intelligent and the best bedside manner I have ever experienced.
Having suffered severe autoimmune rheumatoid arthritis since age 29 meaning 12 years now has been a challenging and moreover depressing experience to say the least on this little Island called Maui as it's Beauty generally far outpaces its medical facilities and technological advancements and it often lags behind the mainland in a myriad of areas with its relaxed attitude which is great for vacations yet anything but desirable when it comes to your health and well-being especially when you suffer a serious and hard to treat and relentlessly painful condition. Luckily my my suffering has ended and I knew I finally found a doctor who could completely treat my condition in to almost zero symptoms for the first time ever so that I can truly enjoy life with his cutting Edge philosophy and knowledge as well as his skillful and pleasant staff who have kept me living life better then ever before in all the 24 years I've been on this island. There is nothing I would not entrust to this Clinic with my life feel completely safe and in good hands. I hope this review is a small way to pay back Dr. Harper and his Clinic for all they have done over the years for me because they do deserve credit and accolades for all they do each and every day for so many others like myself as well. I just wanted to leave this for anyone curious about a real patient's review who is nothing but satisfied and enjoying a much better quality of life then before becoming a patient and I would add I should be able to add to my credibility as a critic on the subject due to my working knowledge of doctors and Clinics as my father himself has run a successful practice as a doctor in California for over 40 years now which I even have worked at for a few years here and there. I hope this helps anyone when needing to make a decision on such an important subject and wish everyone health and happiness - Mahalo...

Dr. Harper is the ONLY doctor on the whole island, who not only took care of me physically, but took an interest in my left ear (I'm completely deaf in it, btw) and gave me a personal referral to help fix my hearing. I literally teared up because not only is it a sensitive subject to me, Dr. Harper took action and showed me that he truly cares for his patients. The GREATEST experience I have ever encountered with a doctor and not only am I pleased with my visit, the feeling I got from him was sincere and he hit home when he showed his concern for my hearing which affects my daily life and everyone around me. 5 stars all the way and to get this grown man to tear is not easy, but Dr. Harper full filled more than any doctor I've seen on the WHOLE island. By far the Best!!

Doc was able to diagnose within minutes what other doctors and there 100k machines couldn't do in months. I would go nowhere else. If you can get in make sure you hold on to him because there is nobody more intelligent, friendly and knowledgeable than Dr. Harper.
