I On the way to my destination I was using my phone gps to see how long it would take. My phone said he was going the wrong way. I told him to turn around but he wouldn't listen and told me to "shut your mouth you filthy (N word) This isn't your car." I'm black by the way. I just shut my mouth and told him to stop and I would walk the rest of the way. I dont know if he stretches the miles out to make more money or he was just having a bad day. Still the language was very uncalled for.
We waited for over 40 minutes for a taxi that was only supposed to take 10 minutes then they stopped answering my calls when we tried calling to find a taxi. We ended up calling another taxi to pick us up because we were tired and had no place to sit with our luggage and we were in direct sunlight. Won't be calling them again when we return to Maui! Very dissappointed.
After calling another taxi service twice and no show. Jeff came to the rescue. He said he was 5 mins away and was on time. He was very polite, clean ride, people oriented. When I need a taxi agian I will be sure to give him a call. Jeff thank you for yor help.
