Old condos, reasonable price
STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL GIVEN THAT I CANNOT SPEAK WELL ON PHONE DUE TO MY CONDITION
DO NOT PURCHASE A TIMESHARE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They have no process for you to sell your timeshare and have your name removed from the maintenance fee contract which has continued to increase over the years from approximately $600.00 per year for 2 - 2 bedroom units to $1,865.81 for the same 2 units, Not Including taxes, which the original maintenance fee did. We have tried to sell our units to no avail and have offered to just sign the titles over as we own them free and clear. They REFUSED take back our units in exchange for taking our names off the maintenance contract, even though we want to just GIVE them back AT NO COST!!!! We paid $46,000 for the two units so this shows what a RIP OFF this Time Share Club is!
