Stayed in maui vista unit 1322. Was very pleasantly surprised by how complete the list of amenities is. They have beach chairs, umbrellas, boogy boards, everything you could want from a well-stocked kitchen, and lovely newly renovated condo overall. Wonderful views of gardens and the beach too. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in staying in Kihei.
My stay here was wonderful. The beach is very close and I saw turtle the very first day. Three other days as well... nice time.

Older condo that is just across the Kihei Road from a very nice beach. Aren't all the Maui Beaches nice? Kitchen facilities are good, but must admit that we did't cook much. Don't miss the Kihei Cafe for breakfast which is just a short walk up the beach.
Great condo complex. The only one in close proximity that has tennis courts and a pool per each building, so it is never crowded. Right across the street with beach access road and plenty of parking. Walking distance to many stores and restaurants.
