Like everyone else is saying. Beautiful view, delicious food, and a staff who brought their A game! Definitely deserves a 5 star rating.
Overall, if you don't want to take a jaunt down Wailea or nearby Kihei, just book a table here, you'll really enjoy the ambiance, service and food.
Service was outstanding. Food was fantastic, left me wanting more.

So relaxed! Excellent food and a great place to relax by the pool. Not crowded at all.
-I know that you are supposed to use your fork and knife when dining out at fancy spot like this, but that lobster was too good to not suck out the juice and meat (so I couldn't resist and used my hands).
-The Restaurant At Hotel Wailea is an indoor/outdoor type setting.
-The restaurant is fairly small and narrow, but intimate w/ good views overlooking the Pacific Ocean in the distance.
-The service is commendable: Sole (awesome native Hawaiian from the West Side of the Big Island) knows the menu inside and out, plus he knows his beer :)
