Location is great, the rooms are nice. Walking distance to restaurants, stores, sand beach.
Rented a condo on airbnb here for 4 days and it was great. Very spacious, clean, and quiet. The condo complex has a small but nice pool and some grills to use. It's right across the street from a great beach that has awesome snorkeling. Only downsides are that the buildings are noticeably old, with a few things in our condo on the verge of falling apart, and some ants were invading the kitchen.
Very nice, incredibly close to the water. Short walk to a lot in Kihei, and has great views of the sunrise, sunset, and mountains.
This is a good place to stay if you want to be close to the beach and are really looking for a condo (as opposed to a hotel). The units are all owner-maintained so every condo has a different setup, amenities, etc. so be sure to check out what your specific unit has. The complex is within walking distance to the beach, has a foot wash station right at the complex entrance so that you don't track sand into your condo. There's no hot tub but there is a pool.
Two trips here. Great location. Very nice vacation spot. Our unit had been nicely updated since our first stay.
