The free shuttle service to the beach was always prompt & staff friendly.
Wonderful, small and tranquil adult hotel/resort. Stayed here for 5 nights of our Honeymoon and was definitely worth it. Very intimate. Pool area had cabanas available which were easy to get and no one overstayed when using them. Shuttle service to anywhere in the vicinity. Staff was friendly and attentive. Pool bar was overpriced for the type of resort it is however that was the only real negative. Definitely recommend.
All in all very happy & would recommend to any couple looking for a romantic hotel with great poolside food!
Stayed 3 nights. The suite was beautiful, with an amazing view of the ocean from the balcony. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Not located directly on the beach but they do offer a shuttle to and from the beach. And if you prefer staying at the pool, it's beautifully lit at night, surrounded by roomy and comfortable cabanas. Overall a wonderful stay. Would recommend this hotel completely.
Great place... good restaurant inside the hotel...staff was amazing... especially Samson at the restaurant...super handsome dude.

The staff were very friendly, and the resort didn’t nickel & dime like most do. They did charge a resort fee but valet parking was free.
Hotel Wailea was lovely. I chose it for my honeymoon due to other reviews, the ‘relais & chateau’ award and it’s adult only policy.
The pool staff worked diligently to keep towels fresh & pick after people as soon as they left poolside. They also offered an abundance of complimentary sunscreen for guests.
The menu is limited however the food tasted great & always seemed fresh, albeit a little pricey.
The suites were decent size, clean and seemed to be newly remodeled. We had a great ocean view with seating area to watch the sunsets.
The gym was clean & big! They offered cold water & towels for post workout, a nice touch.
