Just purchased a king size mattress and box springs from Maui Bed Store. They had exactly what we were looking for; a "hybrid" spring/bamboo mattress. Dino shared a lot of his expertise with us and was patient and friendly. The delivery team had great communication, arrived promptly, were efficient, clean and professional. They hauled away our old mattress and installed the new one very quickly. They even offered to put on the mattress cover for me. Great products and top notch service. Highly recommend them!
Excellent customer service, no pressure from Dino the sales person. Very knowledgeable and kindly answered any questions I had about the different mattresses and options. The mattress I bought was just what I needed and at a great price. I was skeptical about the appointment process, but it turned out to be very easy and was actually a benefit because we had one one one attention. Thank you Dino. Maui Bed Store is the only place we will ever buy a mattress set on island! We made an appt. to meet and Chris was so helpful and kind.The bed was delivered and set up that same day at a fraction of the cost as other places we had visited first!!!
This is our second purchase from the Maui Bedstore in Kihei. Chris was our salesman for this purchase. Chris was very knowledgeable with what was available and what I was asking for in a mattress. He was wiling to re-arrange things so that I could try any mattress that was available to try out. He was very helpful in knowing that I was looking for a certain feel and allowed me to test out several different mattresses and explained the mattresses to me and explain what the differences were between them. They schedule you with a time to come in and that allows them to dedicate 100% of their time to you and not being interrupted by other people, thus allowing them to help everyone to to the same length. If I'm ever needing to buy another mattress, rest assured I will be buying from Chris at Maui Bed Store.
