We where stunned after there was told earlier before it was possible, but not any more the where sold out and changing was only possible in a room if you book it for a complete night.... ?!
Convenient location across from the beach. Nice staff. Quiet. Upgraded spacious room. Shuttle that takes you to locations within a 3 mile radius. Poolside bar staff is low on customer service except for Susan who is very nice and competent.
The Layout of the Hotel was nice. The front desk was nice. The room was clean and was not loud. The AC and the ceiling fan we're a good addition to the room due to the humidity. The bed was medium firm and it was an overall great experience. The negatives we're the small bathroom and no shower door. The open floor plan to the shower made the bathroom floor all wet and had to step out with caution. The free bikes and the pool if you did not want to go in the ocean were a nice thing as well.
The hotel is great. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, and the location is centrally located to shopping, dining, beaches and more. Amenities included complimentary hotel shuttle service, love music at the pool, free bicycle and helmet rentals, a great pool and hot tub area, dining, happy hour and more. I have stayed here a few times and always look forward to returning.
Stayed here for 8 days, nice hotel but as soon as you need to check out and you got a late flight there are no more options left.... we asked if there was a room to change, because we got a long flight ahead, and the told us it was no problem, After coming back from.the swimming pool the only options was use the public shower next to the pool and change in the restroom..... or just book a full night. Then we can give you a room.
Good off-beach hotel. The added resort fee seems silly for amenities that aren't anything special. Room was mediocre, but clean. If you need a simple overnight place to park your head, it's just fine if you get a room at a decent price. I paid over $300 USD for a night, definitely not worth it.
