Older building but units very well updated and maintained. Completey and well furnished but not luxurious; similar to many 3.5 to 4 star hotels. Building A is direct beachfront, building B is oblique with many units having partial ocean view. Beach here great for sittig or walking, not so good for swimming but numerous excellent to world famous beaches with good parking within 3 to 4 miles (all beaches in Maui are public). All units have complete and well equipped kitchens and washers and dryers. Complex has its own pool and hot tub .
Great location and nice beach area. Units were very clean. Pool was very nice...had bbqs and umbrellas and chairs/lounges. Would recommend.
Property is well maintained and staff at check in was friendly. Our room was well equipped and in nice condition. Comfortable beds. One complaint is that they are a little deceptive about bedroom count. Our room is a 1 br with loft. But I expected a 2br as advertised. I double checked the listing and they even use slightly deceptive photos to make it seem like it is a 2 bedroom.
Great visit. We'll be happy to go and visit again. If they'll have us.

Complex is a quiet and well run timeshare property. We own units here but would happily trade into here if we didn't have units in Maui already.
