My husband and I got married in Maui in early October and stayed here for two weeks. It was beyond amazing! I can't recommend this place enough. The units are little dated and they are only cleaned once a week, but for those looking for a budget friendly option right on the beach, you really can't go wrong with this place! We will be back for sure!
Highly recommend! This was our first trip to Maui and after much planning and research I was looking for a place to stay that was pretty much on the beach. Well, Hale Pau Hana was that place! The grounds are very well maintained, probably the cleanest I've ever seen and those staying at Hale Pau Hana basically had our own private beach! We stayed on the 2nd floor and the view from our lanai was breath taking! What a treat it was waking up each morning and being able to open the glass doors to hear the ocean. The unit we stayed in was nicely updated and very comfortable. The office staff, especially Celeste, was super friendly and helpful when we were looking for recommendations on where to go or needed to print out boarding passes. They have meet and greets, which is a great way to meet your neighbors. I can't say enough about this place...I know we will stay here again on our next trip to Maui!
We have stayed here several times. The location if very nice with lots of conveniences located within walking distance. It's also beach front with a private entrance to the beach. The views are fantastic. The condos are privately owned so they very from unit to unit as far as furnishing.
Being a condo complex, each apartment it's a bit different, that being said every apartment I stayed in was really good
The perfect sandy beach is just in front of the condo. The rainbow mall, clothes and convenient shops and restaurants are literally across the street. The bus stop is just outside the condo and is so convenient. There r turtles and reefs u can swim at and a snorkel shop across the road to rent snorkels and paddle boards etc off. Place is beautiful. There is a pool. People are nice and the whole atmosphere is just perfect. Bbq pits along the grass areas and tables and sun lounges add so much value and special touch to the beautiful place. Highly recommend!!
