Very nice and spacious condo. The check-in process is super easy. The location is excellent. It is right across the road from the beach, which means that you can run to the beach for swimming or snorkeling at any time you want. There is a star fruit tree right in front of the condo door with full of ripe star fruits which you can eat for free. The community is very nice too. Plenty of parking. Many good restaurants are just within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. A fresh water hose is right at the entrance that is very convenient when you are back from the beach.
Our stay in your condo at Kihei was absolutely great. Wonderful porch, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and convenient. Who could ask for more. So close to the beach and restaurants - a perfect place. Thank you for letting our family share it. I cannot think of a thing we didn't have!
We stayed five different places in Hawaii and this was our favorite. The beach is right across the street from this lovely condo complex. Right behind the unit is a peaceful area that provided a great setting for morning coffee and evening relaxation. The complex offered a wonderful setting. There is lots of helpful equipment for water sports and other travel needs all in the unit. We saved lots of money by having a place to prepare one or two meals a day. It is a beautiful unit and well worth the price.
Unit 252. (Maui Kihei condo rentals at Kihei Kai Nani)These accommodations are very highly recommended and rate them 5 out of 5 stars. Great value !!!! We can hardly wait till next year when we plan on returning! The amenities offered, such as the beach towels, beach umbrellas, snorkeling equipment, beach mats, beach chairs were very nice. We appreciated not having to go out to rent them or bring our own beach equipment. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, neat and completely furnished with everything we needed. They even had board games, books, dvd’s, and a community BBQ. They also provided driving maps and the book “Maui Revealed” which we found very useful in planning our activities. The air conditioning system was not needed with the open windows and the evening breeze. The swimming pool was very inviting and refreshing; it was very large in comparison to others in the neighborhood. We thought the location was the best to be had on South Kihei with the beach just across the road, surrounded by big and small restaurants, shopping stores and local specialty shops for renting surf boards, motorcycles, etc.
We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! The location is great -- close to what ended up being our favourite beach, the condo was well kept, well stocked and the owners were friendly, helpful and very easy to deal with. Grocery stores and good restaurants in the area, plus easy access to highways to get around the island as well. We would definitely stay here again!!
