These guys are the absolute best. While the whole staff are super friendly and helpful, Hugh goes above and beyond. He obviously loves his job, and lives the true spirit of Aloha.
We took our masks and went to Kamole 2 beach. There is a 'turtle hyway' there about 15-20 meters parallel to the shore. We were snorkeling there when a 5 ft turtle swam below us by 3 or 4 ft. We saw them on two days and even swam with these big turtles for 15-20 minutes at a time. What a treat! I'm glad we had great masks.
My wife and I rented masks to go snorkeling at the beach. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The price was fair but some people may find the prices a little high. Just remember that it will aways be best to buy good quality equipment to have as your own but most people won't reuse them or have room in their suitcases to take them home.
Good prices and good products. My husband and I (along with our kids) have rented snorkles, boogie boards, paddle boards and floatation devices. We have enjoyed the people working there and their advice on the different excursions. It is close to the water with tons of turtles so you rent your equipment and walk straight down.
