This company manages high end vacation rental properties in Maui. Unfortunately, the owner list properties she has undoubtedly never seen recently. The property we rented required substantial repairs before renting. in fact previous renter listed some of the problems with the property, yet, the problems persisted 6 weeks later when we rented it. She responds rapidly to emails but simply provides "lip service' and has no real intention of doing anything. I would be very skeptical in renting from this company. There are other very good companies that manage vacation rental homes. AND who actually inspect the properties they manage..
We had a FANTASTIC time for a week in this property. Great beach, quiet pool and fabulous snorkeling nearby with lots of sea turtles. The unit was PERFECT. The only time we had a little hiccup (on a Sunday morning when the dryer went out) it was fixed before Noon. We will absolutely be back.
