Supervisor doesn't want to do work and expects customer to reschedule own flights
I would like to thank Jenny Noriega for her incredible patience in dealing with our family over the Christmas 2014 holidays. We spent 20 days there and Jenny was there for most of them, at the poolside room, booking excursions for guests. She always had a smile on her face and recognized you as you walked up. She arranged several excursions for us including a surprise helicopter ride for my birthday! She even put a smile on my sometimes grumpy husband's face with the Burn'n Love show in Lahaina, she said it was the #1 show on Maui and she was right! He was singing along all evening. Thanks Jenny, for all your hard work.
