I agree with all the 5 stars reviews and this: if personal service is really important to you this is your dive shop. If you need instruction/classes and want instructors that are the best and go beyond for you this is your dive shop. If you need gear serviced they do an excellent job! If you need gear and you want the best advise again this shop is the best on the island. I have been to other shops on the islands, Washington State, and Alaska and Maui Dreams Dive Co. has my respect, admiration, and my business. Keep up the excellent job!
When you see all the great ratings on this company, you have to stop and wonder why? It's because they earned it. Year after year. If you are diving on Maui, stop by the shop and find out why. We have been using Maui Dreams for over 15 years and we keep going back... because they earned it.
This is the best dive shop on the whole island of Maui. Maui Dreams is where dive tours have their gear serviced. The whole staff is super knowledgeable about everything about the Maui diving scene. No one even comes close to the rental prices. Instead of spending $160 per person to dive Molokini and Turtle Town, you can rent a BCD, Reg, and lead for a week for $85. Tanks are $5 but you can also purchase a tank card a get a deal. If you dive while you are visiting Maui, sign up for Maui Dreams Newsletter on their website. Special trips with limited spots, special events like underwater pumpkin carving and Easter Egg hunt (I won a whole octopus set up for my Mohawk "Punk"kin head). If you do decide to go shore diving, talk to someone at Maui Dreams before you get wet.
Booked a scuba dive for me and a snorkel for my girlfriend. The staff both at the shop and on the boat was exceptional. Had such a great time, I came back for a dive the next day. Great, friendly service, super helpful, really made sure we had a fantastic experience. Safety comes first with Maui Dreams and Maui Diamond, but having the best time possible comes right after. If I ever make it back to HI, I'll definitely be back.
