Looks like a good place to launch a boat. Not much else if you are not into boating. Beach area is tiny. A jetty extends into the water and is a place one can do some fishing.
Convenient for excursions from Wailea or Kiehe
A place to fish and wade in the water, and obviously put your boat in the water, but not too much more. They're rehabbing it so it will be a great boat ramp for boaters soon.
