This is the dog park you are looking for. The one on Keonekai is not a dog park :( Nice place to bring the dog with a great view!
It's a nice quiet park where you can take your dogs off the leash and let them into either of two enclosures. There are picnic tables and a couple of barbecue grills so you can hang out and enjoy the ocean view while exercising the dogs. There is the recycling spot and drinking water for people and pets. Many of the pictures here are incorrect, it is just a big grassy park with enclosures for dogs. You can see the ocean but it is not oceanfront.
